Summit Midstream Partners (NYSE: SMLP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.57 per share, or $2.28 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 14, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 5, 2015.
