Post Properties (PPS) Raises Quarterly Dividend 10% to $0.44; 3.2% Yield

Post Properties (NYSE: PPS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 10% increase from the prior dividend of $0.40.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 30, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.2 percent.
