First Commonwealth Financial (NYSE: FCF) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share, or $0.48 annualized. This is a 4.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.115.
The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2022, to stockholders of record on May 6, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of May 5, 2022.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.3 percent.
