Phillips 66 (NYSE: PSX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.56 per share, or $2.24 annualized. This is a 12% increase from the prior dividend of $0.50.
The dividend will be payable on June 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on May 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 14, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.8 percent.
