Top Win International rebrands as AsiaStrategy, accepts Bitcoin payments
Top Win International Limited (NASDAQ: SORA) changed its corporate name to AsiaStrategy, effective August 22, 2025. The Hong Kong-based company operates under the same ticker symbol on Nasdaq following the rebrand.
AsiaStrategy announced it now accepts Bitcoin as payment for luxury watches, expanding its payment options beyond traditional methods. The company specializes in trading, distribution, and retail of luxury watches from international brands.
The company operates through its subsidiary, Top Win International Trading Limited, serving a global business-to-business network of distributors, independent dealers, and retail sellers. The subsidiary was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
AsiaStrategy entered the Web3 ecosystem in May 2025, with digital assets becoming part of its business focus. The company stated that a new logo will be announced as part of the rebranding effort.
The name change and Bitcoin adoption were implemented on the same date, according to the company's statement. AsiaStrategy described the moves as part of its evolution into a digitally-enabled luxury brand.
