BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO) and OKX announced the international expansion of their Off-Exchange Settlement integration, allowing eligible institutions outside the United States to access OKX's liquidity while supported assets remain in segregated custody with BitGo Singapore Pte. Ltd.
The expansion builds on a relationship established earlier this year, when OKX joined BitGo's Go Network for U.S. institutions. Through the integration, eligible clients can access OKX's international liquidity while supported collateral remains in custody with BitGo Singapore until settlement, separating custody, execution, and settlement functions.
Traditionally, institutions accessing exchange liquidity have been required to transfer and hold assets directly on trading venues before execution. The Go Network Off-Exchange Settlement model is intended to remove that requirement.
BitGo Singapore operates under a Major Payment Institution license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. OKX operates through MAS-licensed OKX SG Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and VARA-licensed OKX Middle East Fintech FZE in Dubai.
