Virtu Financial closes $500M incremental term loan

Virtu Financial, Inc. (NYSE: VIRT) announced that its subsidiaries priced and closed $500 million in incremental first lien term loans, bringing the total term loan balance under its senior secured credit facility to $2.03 billion.
The incremental term loans, along with the existing term loans, will bear interest at Term SOFR plus 250 basis points and were issued at par.
According to the press release, proceeds may be used for general corporate purposes. The term loans are guaranteed by Virtu Financial LLC and certain of its subsidiaries.
