VNET Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: VNET), a China-based internet data center services provider, has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited, known as CATL, according to a press release.

Under the agreement, the two companies plan to combine VNET's computing infrastructure operations with CATL's new energy technologies.
