Synergy CHC faces $18.9M debt acceleration notice

Synergy CHC Corp. (NASDAQ: SNYR) received a Notice of Acceleration from ACP Agency, LLC on August 25, 2026, requiring immediate repayment of approximately $18.9 million outstanding under its Term Loan Credit Agreement, according to a company statement.
ACP Agency, acting as administrative agent and collateral agent, issued the notice following Events of Default previously disclosed by Synergy CHC in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 11, 2026. ACP said it acted at the direction of the required lenders.
The notice terminated all commitments under the Credit Agreement, dated May 30, 2025, and declared all outstanding obligations immediately due and payable. The $18.9 million figure, calculated as of August 21, 2026, excludes additional interest, fees, costs, and expenses that continue to accrue.
