Sky Quarry names Heidi Bowman as CFO

Sky Quarry Inc. (NASDAQ: SKYQ) appointed Heidi C. Bowman as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 18, 2026, according to a company statement.

Bowman, 60, brings more than 20 years of finance experience across private equity, real estate, logistics, and oil and gas sectors. She most recently served as CFO of Hillair Capital and Barlock Capital private equity funds from May 2010 to December 2025. Her prior roles also included CFO positions at American Natural Energy Corporation and Creek Road Miners Inc.

Bowman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant in California.

Under the terms of her employment offer letter, Bowman will report to the Chief Executive Officer and receive a base salary of $18,500 per month. She is eligible for quarterly bonuses, which may be paid in cash, equity, or a combination at the discretion of the company's Compensation Committee. Any equity-based awards are subject to the terms of Sky Quarry's 2026 Omnibus Stock Plan. Her employment is at-will, with either party required to provide at least 30 days' written notice to terminate.
