RoboStrategy, Inc. (Nasdaq: BOT), a closed-end fund focused on private robotics and physical AI companies, said it completed a series of private share issuances to institutional investors between June 19 and June 25, 2026.
The fund issued 1,231,130 shares of common stock at a weighted average price of $29.65 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $36.5 million. No placement fees or commissions were paid in connection with the transactions, according to a press release.
