Radware shareholders reject director compensation proposal

Radware Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDWR) held its annual general meeting on December 22, with shareholders rejecting one of four proposals presented by the company, according to a statement released Monday.

The rejected proposal involved approving compensation terms and equity-based awards for non-employee directors, along with related amendments to the company's compensation policy. The proposal failed to receive the required shareholder vote for adoption.

The three remaining proposals presented at the meeting were approved by shareholders with the requisite votes, though the company did not specify the nature of these approved measures.

Radware, based in Tel Aviv, Israel, provides application security and delivery solutions for multi-cloud environments. The company's services include protection against web attacks, DDoS attacks, and API abuse using AI-driven algorithms.
