Phunware (PHUN) Acquires Additional 398 Bitcoins

Phunware, Inc. (NASDAQ: PHUN) (the “Company”), a fully-integrated enterprise cloud platform for mobile that provides products, solutions, data and services for brands worldwide, announced today it has purchased an additional 398 bitcoin for approximately $23.8 million in cash at an average price of approximately $59,917 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses.

As of November 22, 2021, Phunware holds an aggregate of approximately 529 bitcoin, which were acquired at an aggregate purchase price of approximately $31.8 million and an average purchase price of approximately $60,191 per bitcoin, inclusive of fees and expenses.
