PayPal CFO Blake Jorgensen Steps Down

PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL) announced today that Blake Jorgensen, Executive Vice President and CFO, will be resigning from his role as the CFO with immediate effect.
Jorgensen will remain with the company as a senior advisor until September 15, 2023. The company mentioned that Jorgensen's decision to step down was not due to any disagreements or disputes with the company. During his tenure as a senior advisor, Jorgensen's compensation will remain unchanged.
Gabrielle Rabinovitch will continue to serve as acting Chief Financial Officer and SVP, Investor Relations and Treasurer.
