MicroVision regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance

MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) announced it received written notice from Nasdaq Listing Qualifications on August 26, 2026, confirming the company had regained compliance with Nasdaq's continued listing requirements.
The notice stated that MicroVision satisfied Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires a minimum bid price of at least $1 per share. Nasdaq declared the matter closed. The company had originally received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq on January 12, 2026.
"We are pleased that MicroVision has regained compliance and that Nasdaq has concluded that the matter is now closed," said Glen DeVos, Chief Executive Officer of MicroVision. "This achievement allows us to focus even more intensely on executing our commercial strategy and creating long-term shareholder value."
MicroVision is a Redmond, Washington-based company that develops lidar-based perception solutions for automotive, industrial, and security and defense markets.
