Magnitude International regains Nasdaq filing compliance
Magnitude International Ltd (Nasdaq: MAGH), a Singapore-based mechanical and electrical engineering services company, announced that Nasdaq confirmed on September 17, 2026, that the company has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which governs periodic filing requirements.
The confirmation followed the company's filing of its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2026, submitted on September 17, 2026. Nasdaq stated that the filing deficiency matter is now closed.
The company had previously received an additional staff determination notice on September 16, 2026, related to the delayed submission of the Form 20-F.
Regaining compliance with Rule 5250(c)(1) does not resolve a separate matter. A prior staff determination from Nasdaq dated August 3, 2026, issued under Nasdaq Listing Rule IM-5101-4, remains under ongoing review and is unaffected by the filing compliance resolution.
