Invitation Homes names two executive vice presidents

Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) has named two executives to vice president roles, according to a company press release.
Peter DiLello has been appointed Executive Vice President of the Investment Management Group. DiLello has been with the Dallas-based company since its early days and has previously led functions including investments, dispositions, construction lending, and transaction management.
Bill Tierney has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer. Tierney joined Invitation Homes in 2025 and earlier this year took on responsibility for the company's business analytics function. His expanded role connects data-driven insights to resident experience operations.
"Peter and Bill have each made significant contributions to our business, and these promotions recognize their leadership and impact across the organization," said Dallas Tanner, President and Chief Executive Officer of Invitation Homes.
