Independent Bank (INDB) COO Resigns

Independent Bank (NASDAQ: INDB) disclosed:

On February 28, 2023 Robert Cozzone, the Chief Operating Officer of Independent Bank Corp. (the “Company”) and Rockland Trust Company (“Rockland Trust”), tendered his resignation to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Cozzone will remain with the Company and Rockland Trust through mid-March or such shorter period as necessary to assist with the transition of his current responsibilities.
