Expensify (Nasdaq: EXFY) announced a native, two-way integration with Campfire, an AI-native enterprise resource planning platform, according to a company press release.
The integration allows finance teams using Campfire to connect Expensify and automatically sync expenses, corporate card transactions, and reimbursements with their general ledger.
Key features of the integration include Campfire's chart of accounts syncing into Expensify as categories, out-of-pocket expenses posting to Campfire as vendor bills, and company card transactions posting as journal entries. Card settlements and ACH reimbursements post to Campfire as payments, and a daily sync exports expense reports on either an accrual or cash basis.
"Campfire customers already run their close on AI," said Nick Tooker, Head of Partnerships at Expensify. "Now their expenses land in the ledger already coded, so nobody is exporting spreadsheets at month end."
Campfire, founded in 2023 and based in San Francisco, is backed by Accel and Ribbit Capital. The integration is available now.
