Dynatrace (NYSE: DT) announced it has achieved the Amazon Web Services Generative AI Competency, a designation that recognizes AWS partners with technical expertise in generative AI technologies.
The competency acknowledges Dynatrace's ability to help organizations monitor and govern generative AI applications in production environments. The AWS Competency Program helps customers identify partners with specialized technical knowledge and proven customer success in specific solution areas.
"The AWS Generative AI Competency isn't just an achievement, it's a testament to our commitment to helping enterprises harness the full potential of AI responsibly and effectively," said Alois Reitbauer, Chief Technology Strategist at Dynatrace.
Dynatrace provides observability for generative AI architectures including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and agent-based systems. The platform uses its Grail data lakehouse to unify telemetry data and applies Davis AI to provide insights for workflow automation and risk management.
The company will demonstrate its generative AI observability capabilities at AWS re:Invent 2025 at booth #575. Dynatrace stated that the competency achievement positions the company for additional AI-related integrations and product innovations planned for later this year.
The information is based on a company press release statement.
