Decibel Cannabis completes 15-for-1 share consolidation

Decibel Cannabis Company Inc. (TSXV: DB) (OTCQB: DBCCF) confirmed that its 15-to-1 share consolidation took effect at market open on September 1, 2026, with post-consolidation common shares now trading on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Under the consolidation, shareholders receive one post-consolidation common share for every 15 pre-consolidation common shares held. No fractional shares were issued, with any fraction rounded down to the nearest whole number. The company's name and trading symbol remain unchanged, though the common shares will carry a new CUSIP number.
The consolidation was approved by shareholders at the company's annual and special meeting on December 11, 2025, and was announced by Decibel on August 20, 2026. Final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange was obtained prior to the effective date.
Registered shareholders holding certificated shares or shares represented by a direct registration statement will receive a letter of transmittal from Odyssey Trust Company, Decibel's registrar and transfer agent, with instructions for surrendering pre-consolidation certificates and receiving post-consolidation shares. Non-registered shareholders holding shares through an intermediary such as a bank or broker are advised to contact their intermediary directly regarding processing procedures.
Decibel operates cannabis facilities in Calgary, Alberta; Battleford, Saskatchewan; and Chatham, Ontario.
