DXP Enterprises acquires Pump Solutions

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) completed the acquisition of Pump Solutions, Inc., a Texas-based distributor of pumps and controls for the water and wastewater industry, according to a company statement.

Pump Solutions, founded in 1999 and headquartered in New Caney, Texas, operates four locations throughout the state. The company reported sales of approximately $36.8 million for the twelve months ending September 31, 2025. DXP funded the acquisition with cash from its balance sheet.

The definitive agreement was signed on December 1, 2025. Pump Solutions specializes in pump distribution, controls, and related service and repair operations focused on the water and wastewater sector.

"Pump Solutions adds another great company to our water and wastewater platform," said David Little, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DXP. "Pump Solutions provides DXP with an exceptional business that leads with service, accompanied by tremendous technical sales expertise."

Kent Yee, Chief Financial Officer, stated that this marks DXP's fifteenth acquisition under its DXP Water division efforts. "The addition of Pump Solutions furthers our mission to build DXP Water into a full-line products and service focused platform," Yee said.

DXP Enterprises operates as a products and service distributor serving industrial customers across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Dubai. The company provides pumping solutions, supply chain services, and maintenance, repair, operating and production services through three business segments: Service Centers, Innovative Pumping Solutions and Supply Chain Services.
