DOMO launches enhanced BigQuery integration features

Domo Inc. (NASDAQ: DOMO) announced new cloud integration capabilities with Google Cloud's BigQuery platform. The data analytics company released enhanced user interface features and governance tools for its existing BigQuery integration.

The updates include cloud integration sharing functionality that allows administrators to share integrations while managing user permissions. The company introduced a redesigned user interface for BigQuery integration configurations with step-by-step setup guidance and improved documentation management.

Additional features include a new interface for connecting BigQuery tables that displays datasets through cloud integrations and provides visibility into table connections. The platform now offers cloud data location configuration, enabling users to select specific projects and datasets for output data storage.

"Our enhanced BigQuery integration represents a significant step forward in democratizing data access across organizations," said Ben Schein, SVP of Product at Domo. "By streamlining the user experience and strengthening governance capabilities, we're empowering both technical teams and business users to collaborate more effectively with their cloud data."

The enhancements build upon Domo's existing integration with BigQuery and target both technical teams and business users working with cloud data. The governance improvements allow multiple users to manage integrations collaboratively while controlling access to accounts and data.
