Corteva (CTVA) Prices Notes Offering

Corteva, Inc. ("Corteva") (NYSE: CTVA) today announced the pricing of a public offering by its direct subsidiary, EIDP, Inc. ("EIDP") of $500 million principal amount of its 5.125% Senior Notes due in 2032 (the "Notes"). The Notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 5.125% per year and will mature on May 15, 2032. The net proceeds from the sale of the Notes will be used for general corporate purposes, including the redemption or repayment of the $500 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of EIDP's 1.700% Senior Notes due 2025 (the "2025 Notes"). This press release does not constitute a notice of redemption of the 2025 Notes.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. The offering is expected to close on May 14, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
