AtlasClear Holdings renames clearing subsidiary to AtlasClearing

August 25, 2026 8:32 AM EDT

AtlasClear Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: ATCH) announced it will rebrand its wholly owned correspondent clearing subsidiary, Wilson-Davis & Co., Inc., to AtlasClearing.

According to a press release, the renamed entity will retain its existing SEC registration, FINRA membership, client relationships, custody arrangements, and operating infrastructure. The subsidiary has operated under the same SEC registration and FINRA membership since 1968.

The company said the rebrand will not change the regulated entity, its operations, or its custody arrangements. Correspondent clients will see no interruption to asset custody, supervisory frameworks, or operational relationships.

AtlasClear Holdings noted that recent infrastructure updates include the integration of Dawson James Securities and the execution of five correspondent broker-dealer agreements as of the second quarter of 2026. Four additional correspondent broker-dealers are described as being in development.

"For correspondent clients, this is about alignment, not disruption. The regulatory standing, custody arrangements, and supervisory frameworks that have served clients for nearly six decades carry forward in full," said Jeff Sime, CEO of Wilson-Davis & Co.

AtlasClearing is intended to serve as a component of AtlasClear Holdings' broader platform covering trading, clearing, settlement, and banking. The company's banking-related capabilities remain subject to pending regulatory review and approvals by the Federal Reserve and state banking authorities.
