Air Lease (AL) Issues Q4 Activity Update

Today Air Lease Corporation (NYSE: AL) announced an update on aircraft investments, sales, and significant financing activities occurring in the fourth quarter of 2024.

As of December 31, 2024, ALC’s fleet was comprised of 489 owned aircraft and 60 managed aircraft, with 269 new aircraft on order from Airbus and Boeing set to deliver through 2029.

Aircraft Investments

• Delivered 18 new aircraft from ALC’s orderbook including eight Airbus A220s, three Airbus A321neos, two Airbus A330-900neos, two Boeing 737-8s, and three Boeing 787-10s.
• Aircraft investments in the quarter totaled approximately $1.3 billion.

Sales

• Sold 14 aircraft to third-party buyers.
• Aircraft sales proceeds for the quarter totaled approximately $540 million.

Financing

• Closed a new $966.5 million unsecured term loan facility that matures in December of 2027.
