Actelis Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: ASNS) announced it secured an order through a business partner to supply networking equipment for an infrastructure project in Chino, California.
The order includes the company's ethernet and optical connectivity solutions intended to modernize the city's communication infrastructure. The deployment aims to enhance municipal operational efficiency and support connectivity requirements.
"We're seeing strong momentum in California and across the West Coast as municipalities recognize that smart city operations require rapid infrastructure modernization that doesn't require massive capital investment or extended timelines," said Tuvia Barlev, Chairman and CEO of Actelis.
The equipment will provide connectivity using what the company describes as cyber-hardened architecture to support the city's infrastructure modernization objectives. Barlev indicated the company is focused on converting such wins into expanded deployments in 2026.
Actelis specializes in hybrid fiber networking solutions for IoT applications across government, transportation, military, utility, rail, telecom, and campus networks. The Sunnyvale, California-based company markets its solutions as offering fiber-grade performance with hybrid fiber-copper network flexibility.
