ACCO Brands completes EPOS acquisition

ACCO Brands Corporation (NYSE: ACCO) announced it has completed its acquisition of EPOS, according to a company statement.

EPOS provides enterprise wired and wireless headsets and audio solutions. ACCO Brands manufactures branded office and learning products and technology accessories.

The Lake Zurich, Illinois-based company had previously announced the planned acquisition. Financial terms of the completed transaction were not disclosed in the statement.

ACCO Brands operates brands including AT-A-GLANCE, Five Star, Kensington, Leitz, Mead, PowerA, Swingline, and Tilibra.
