Rotunda Capital Partners Welcomes Keith Medick as Operating Partner

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rotunda Capital Partners (“Rotunda”), an operationally focused private equity firm that works with family- and founder-owned businesses, is pleased to announce that Keith Medick has joined the firm as an Operating Partner. Keith will support Rotunda’s Value Creation Team and work closely with portfolio company leadership to accelerate growth and strengthen performance.

Keith joins Rotunda with decades of executive leadership experience across manufacturing, building products, and metals distribution. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Versatrim, a manufacturer of flooring trim and moldings. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Union Corrugating Company, a manufacturer of metal roofing and building products, and CEO of Main Steel Polishing Company following its acquisition by Shale-Inland. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Ryerson, where he led the integration of several acquisitions, and served as President of Metal Processing Corp.
