PharmaForce Unveils Connected 340B Rebate and MFP Solution
One view of 340B and MFP rebate-eligible claims, from identification through payment — ready for the 1/1/2027 rebate model, regardless of your current 340B TPA
CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- PharmaForce today announced its 340B Rebate and Maximum Fair Price (MFP) solution, giving covered entities a single connected workflow to identify eligible claims, submit them, and track outcomes through payment reconciliation.
Because the solution is built into the platform that already determines 340B eligibility, PharmaForce is the source of truth on each claim, rather than a bolt-on layer that requires handing data to a third party for a separate determination. That native integration covers both pharmacy and medical claims in one system and gives covered entities a single, consolidated view of claims eligible under the 340B Rebate Model and the MFP program together, rather than tracking two rebate pathways separately.
Qualification is transparent rather than a black box: covered entities can see ceiling price visibility on every claim and apply NDC- and Part D plan-level exclusions before submission, so they know why a claim qualifies before it moves forward.
A direct, bidirectional connection to Beacon lets teams track claim status and rejection reasons, compare expected to received payment, and trace discrepancies back to the original claim, with real-time reporting built into the same system that processes the claims.
"Covered entities cannot protect 340B value with a submit button alone," said Lynn Eschenbacher, Chief Pharmacy and Strategy Officer at PharmaForce. "They need to know which claims belong in the rebate process, why a claim was rejected, and whether the payment matches what was expected. We built that visibility into the workflow from the start so teams can act on the claims that need attention."
With required data and configuration in place, PharmaForce can qualify and submit an eligible claim in as little as 15 minutes. Current clients can turn this on as a configuration change, positioning them to be ready for the rebate model's January 1, 2027 effective date. Organizations using another TPA can connect to PharmaForce to run the solution alongside their existing infrastructure. Either way, covered entities can choose to manage the process themselves or hand the full workload to PharmaForce.
The solution is available for demonstrations now.
