Lineage Bank Expands Mortgage Team into Middle Tennessee

FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lineage Bank, the only community bank headquartered in Williamson County, Tennessee, has announced their mortgage team expansion into the Middle Tennessee Market. Lineage currently has a mortgage team in West Tennessee.

The new Middle Tennessee mortgage team is composed of ten veteran mortgage bankers, most of whom have worked with the Lineage management team in the past. Industry veterans Stephen Lewis, Bart land, and Derrick Cozart have been tasked with leading the new team.

Stephen Lewis, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in mortgage banking, will serve as Executive Vice President, Mortgage Sales Manager. Lewis is a past President of the Middle Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association and specializes in all mortgage loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, THDA, Rural Development, First Time Homebuyers, Construction/Perm Loans.

Lifelong Williamson County resident Bart Land will join the team as Vice President, Senior Mortgage Originator. Land has over two decades of mortgage lending experience and thoroughly enjoys the community banking atmosphere where customers are known by name. Land will be available seven days a week to answer any customers’ questions.

Derrick Cozart will also join the team as Vice President, Senior Mortgage Originator. Throughout his more than two decades in the industry, Cozart has helped hundreds of first-time home buyers and private wealth clients achieve their goal of home ownership. Cozart works directly alongside his customers to get a solid understand of each individual’s specific financial needs. Then, he works with them to design a loan that fits their needs.
