Positions SAGE Integration for Next Phase of Growth and Expansion

SAN FRANCISCO & KENT, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Knox Lane, a growth-oriented investment firm, today announced it has acquired a majority stake in SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC (“SAGE” or the “Company”), a national security systems integrator serving mission-critical, blue-chip enterprise customers.

SAGE Integration provides design, retrofit, installation, and maintenance of facility security solutions, with a strong presence in regulated end markets. The Company’s differentiated go-to-market model deeply embeds its team within its clients’ businesses, coupling its on-the-ground support with end-to-end security capabilities that enable seamless systems integration.

The partnership with Knox Lane will support SAGE’s next phase of growth by investing in talent, accelerating business development and commercial initiatives, strategically deploying technology across the business, driving operational efficiencies, and pursuing complementary strategic acquisitions.
