FinTurk Launches PortfolioSolver™ and Vigil to Expand Advisor Automation
New capabilities bring conversational portfolio management and always-on practice monitoring directly into the FinTurk platform
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FinTurk, an AI-first CRM built specifically for financial advisors, today announced the launch of PortfolioSolver™ and Vigil, two new platform capabilities designed to help registered investment advisors (RIAs) manage portfolios and stay ahead of critical tasks across their practices. The latest enhancements build on FinTurk’s growing suite of advisor automation tools, moving the CRM beyond a traditional system of record to one that actively helps advisors run their business.
PortfolioSolver™ simplifies personalized portfolio construction by allowing advisors to enter client-specific investment constraints in their own words, from realized-gain limits and cash requirements to target allocations and securities that should not be sold. FinTurk translates those instructions into structured rules for advisor approval before a deterministic optimizer builds a proposed set of trades that accounts for the client’s requirements together. Each trade includes a clear explanation of the rationale, while the client’s rules remain attached to their record for future allocations and ongoing monitoring. By translating client needs into actionable investment instructions, PortfolioSolver™ creates a more direct path from client conversation to portfolio construction.
Vigil extends that proactive approach across the advisor’s broader practice, continuously monitoring connections, portfolios and accounts, tasks and inboxes to identify items that need attention. The system can flag issues including failed data syncs, cash thresholds, stalled workflows, upcoming deadlines and client emails requiring a response, while also running recurring checks automatically. Rather than requiring advisors to continually monitor separate systems and dashboards, Vigil surfaces pressing items as they arise.
“Having worked as an advisor myself, I know how much of the job is keeping track of what needs to happen next for every client, account and workflow,” said Mitchell Bratina, CFA, founder and chief executive officer of FinTurk. “That firsthand experience is a big part of why we’re building FinTurk to take that burden off the advisor. We’re deploying AI solutions that can take appropriate action, rather than just advise. PortfolioSolver™ helps turn a client conversation into an actionable portfolio, while Vigil keeps watch over the practice in the background. Together, they move the CRM from simply holding information to actively helping advisors use it.”
The launch builds on FinTurk’s continued product expansion following the introduction of its advisor-built CRM in May and FormFiller™ and CashSweep™ in July, reflecting FinTurk’s broader vision for a CRM that helps advisors complete critical work and stay ahead of what needs their attention within a single platform.
“By bringing these capabilities directly into the CRM, FinTurk is designed to help RIAs operate more efficiently, reduce reliance on costly, separate technologies, while creating additional capacity for advisors to serve more clients and increase revenue without adding headcount," said Bratina.
FinTurk integrates with advisors’ existing technology stacks, including portfolio management, document management, productivity and communication platforms, allowing firms to add new capabilities without disrupting existing workflows. It connects client, account, portfolio and communication data while integrating with the custodians and applications firms already use. Like the broader platform, PortfolioSolver™ and Vigil were developed around the day-to-day needs of advisory firms and are continuing to evolve based on customer feedback.
