WASHINGTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (NYSE: DEA), a fully integrated real estate investment trust focused primarily on the acquisition, development and management of Class A commercial properties leased to U.S. Government agencies, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.265 per common share. The dividend will be payable on August 29, 2023 to shareholders of record on August 17, 2023.
