nCino adds two technology executives to board

nCino Inc. (NASDAQ: NCNO) appointed Andy Yasutake and Diego Dugatkin as independent directors to its board, the banking software company announced.

Yasutake serves as senior vice president and global head of strategic growth, ventures and AI at Edgevana. He previously held leadership roles at Airbnb and LinkedIn, focusing on product development, technology operations and AI capabilities.

Dugatkin is chief product officer at Box Inc. He brings experience in product management and development from companies including Adobe, with expertise in AI-powered product innovation and strategic partnerships.

The appointments coincide with Jeffrey Horing's departure from the board. Horing, a managing director at Insight Partners, served on nCino's board for ten years.

nCino also announced that Executive Chairman Pierre Naudé will transition to non-employee director and chairman when his initial one-year term expires on February 1, 2026.

The board now includes Naudé, CEO Sean Desmond, Lead Independent Director Justin Nyweide, and directors Pamela Kilday, Jon Doyle, William Ruh, and William Spruill, along with the two new appointees.

nCino provides banking software solutions to over 2,700 customers worldwide, including community banks, credit unions, mortgage banks, and large financial institutions. The company's platform integrates artificial intelligence and data analytics for banking operations.
