eHealth Inc. (NASDAQ: EHTH) announced board changes effective September 17, 2025, with Aaron Tolson resigning from the board of directors and Todd Arden being appointed as his replacement.
Tolson resigned from the board and its compensation committee, nominating and corporate governance committee, and government and regulatory affairs committee. The company stated his resignation was not due to any disagreement with eHealth.

The board appointed Arden as a member effective immediately to fill the vacancy created by Tolson's departure. Arden was appointed as a designee of Echelon Health SPV, LP pursuant to the same investment agreement.
Arden will serve as a Class I director with a term expiring at the company's 2028 annual meeting of stockholders. He was also appointed to the board's compensation committee, nominating and corporate governance committee, and government and regulatory affairs committee.
The information was disclosed in a company statement.
