Two directors resign from Solmate Infrastructure board
Solmate Infrastructure Public Limited Company (Nasdaq: SLMT) announced that two members of its board of directors, Alyazi Almheiri and Tarek Alnuaimi, have resigned, effective October 26, 2026.
According to a press release, neither resignation was the result of a disagreement with the company over its operations, policies, or practices.
Following the departures, the board consists of four directors, two of whom are classified as independent under Nasdaq Listing Rules. The company said the board is continuing its search for additional independent directors and will announce appointments as they are made.

Almheiri and Alnuaimi said in a joint statement: "It has been a privilege to serve on Solmate's Board and to work alongside Erez, the management team and our fellow directors."
