Two Atlassian directors to retire from board effective January 1

Atlassian Corporation (NASDAQ: TEAM) announced that two directors will retire from its board effective January 1, 2026. Sasan Goodarzi and Richard P. Wong each notified the company on December 18 of their respective decisions to step down from their director roles.

The company stated that neither retirement resulted from disagreements with Atlassian regarding its operations, policies, or practices. Goodarzi served as a director for seven years, while Wong held the position for fifteen years.

The Board of Directors expressed appreciation for both directors' contributions during their respective tenures, according to the company's statement.
