TrustCo adds two new members to its board of directors

TrustCo Bank Corp NY (NASDAQ: TRST) announced the election of Patricia Kieper-Fusco and Bryan L. Guentner to its board of directors, effective Sept. 15, 2026. Both individuals were also elected to the board of Trustco Bank, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary.

Kieper-Fusco is the president, chief executive officer, and owner of Fusco Personnel, Inc., a staffing, recruiting, and search services firm based in Latham, New York. She is a board member of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and previously served on the Trustco Bank Advisory Board of Directors.

Guentner is a broker associate with RE/MAX Palm Realty in Sarasota, Florida, and formerly owned and led RE/MAX Platinum Realty, also in Sarasota. He is a realtor emeritus with the National Association of Realtors and previously served as president of both the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce and the Osprey-Nokomis Chamber of Commerce. He also previously served on the Trustco Bank Advisory Board of Directors.

Robert J. McCormick, chairman, president, and CEO, said in a statement: "Patty brings experience in the area of human resources – an area of critical importance to every business. Bryan brings vast and deep knowledge of real estate markets on the West Coast of Florida."
