Triple Flag elects nine directors at annual meeting

Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. (NYSE: TFPM) announced that all nine director nominees were elected at the company's annual shareholder meeting held May 6, 2026.
The elected directors include Dawn Whittaker, who received 94.42% of votes in favor, Susan Allen with 99.64%, Geoff Burns with 98.54%, Blake Rhodes with 99.67%, Mark Cicirelli with 99.91%, Christopher McCleave with 99.96%, Patrick Merrin with 99.97%, Sheldon Vanderkooy with 99.96%, and Elizabeth Wademan with 99.56%.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's auditor and passed a "Say-on-Pay" advisory resolution regarding executive compensation approach.
Triple Flag operates as a precious metals streaming and royalty company with exposure to gold and silver from 240 assets, including 16 streams and 224 royalties. The portfolio encompasses 34 producing mines and 206 development and exploration stage projects, primarily located in the Americas and Australia.
