Telescope Innovations names Dr. Neil Lewis to its board

Telescope Innovations Corp. (CSE: TELI) (OTCQB: TELIF) (FSE: J4U) announced the appointment of Dr. Neil Lewis to its Board of Directors, effective August 19, 2026.



Dr. Lewis holds a PhD in chemistry from the Polytechnic of Wales and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he was tenured in 1992 as a Senior Biophysical Researcher. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a Chartered Chemist, and a Fellow of the Society of Applied Spectroscopy.



Dr. Lewis has founded or co-founded three technology companies, including Spectral Dimensions, Inc., which developed chemical imaging systems for the pharmaceutical and other industries. He has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters and holds numerous patents in analytical technologies.



In connection with the appointment, the company granted Dr. Lewis 100,000 incentive stock options to purchase common shares at an exercise price of $0.42 per share, exercisable over five years and subject to a vesting schedule set by the Board. The options were issued under the company's omnibus incentive plan and are subject to Canadian Securities Exchange policies.



CEO Henry Dubina said in a statement that Dr. Lewis "brings a rare combination of scientific excellence, entrepreneurial success, and global technology leadership."



Telescope Innovations develops automation technologies and processes for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, including what it describes as autonomous "Self-Driving Labs." The company is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.
