Taylor Morrison director Fletcher Previn resigns from board

Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC) announced that board director Fletcher Previn resigned from the company's board of directors effective September 14, 2025.

Previn cited other commitments as the reason for his resignation, according to the company's statement. The resignation was not related to any disagreement with Taylor Morrison regarding operations, policies or practices.

Following Previn's departure, the board approved reducing its size from nine members to eight members. The homebuilder stated it wishes Previn continued success in his future endeavors.

The information was disclosed in a company statement regarding the board composition change.
