Sasol director Rhidwaan Gasant resigns from board

Sasol Limited (NYSE: SSL) announced that Rhidwaan Gasant has resigned as a non-executive director of the company for personal reasons, effective Sept. 25, 2026.

The board accepted his resignation on that date. Gasant also stepped down from his roles on the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Board Chairman Ms. Dube said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Rhidwaan for his service and contribution to Sasol during his tenure as a non-executive director. We appreciate the insights and experience he brought to Board deliberations and wish him well in his future endeavours."

The announcement was made in compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements and paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements.
