Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW) appointed General (RET) James McConville and Dorothy D. Hayes as independent directors to its board, while Jonathan Baliff and John S. Bolton stepped down from their positions, effective immediately.
McConville served as the 40th Chief of Staff of the United States Army, leading 1.2 million personnel with an annual budget of $185 billion and operations in over 140 countries. He commanded the 101st Airborne Division and currently works as an operating partner at AE Industrial Partners and serves as a Senior Fellow at the Belfer Center at Harvard University.
Hayes brings financial executive experience from roles at Intuit, Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and Apollo Computer. She currently serves on the board of BigBear.ai, where she chairs the Audit Committee, and has expertise in audit, risk management, corporate governance, and financial controls.
Baliff and Bolton joined Redwire's board during the company's combination with Genesis Park Acquisition Corp. in 2021. The board refreshment represents a change in composition for the space and defense technology company.
The Jacksonville, Florida-based company operates with approximately 1,300 employees across the United States and Europe, focusing on space infrastructure, autonomous systems, and multi-domain operations technologies.
