RTX Corporation (NYSE: RTX) announced that James A. Winnefeld Jr. resigned from its board of directors effective March 5, 2026.
The company stated that Winnefeld's resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with RTX or its board regarding operations, policies or practices, including the company's code of conduct.
Following Winnefeld's departure, RTX's board size will decrease from eleven to ten directors. The information was disclosed in a company statement.
