QuickLogic board director Christine Russell dies unexpectedly

QuickLogic Corporation (NASDAQ: QUIK) announced that board director Christine Russell died unexpectedly on July 11, 2025.
Russell joined the semiconductor company's board in June 2005, serving for 20 years. The San Jose, California-based company disclosed her passing in a statement released July 14.
"Christine's leadership and integrity made a lasting impact on our organization," said Michael J. Farese, Chairman of the QuickLogic Board of Directors. "She brought wisdom, dedication, and a steady hand that helped guide us through both challenges and successes."
QuickLogic specializes in eFPGA Hard IP, discrete FPGAs, and endpoint AI solutions for aerospace and defense, industrial, consumer, and edge computing markets. The company operates as a fabless semiconductor manufacturer.
The company did not provide details about the cause of Russell's death or announce plans for replacing her position on the board.
