Premier Air Charter names Greg Johnson to board
Premier Air Charter Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: PREM) appointed Greg Johnson, President and CEO of Tuvoli, to its board of directors, according to a company statement.
Johnson brings over 20 years of experience in private aviation operations, FBO management, charter brokerage, and aviation financial technology. He currently leads Tuvoli, a company focused on payment systems and transactional infrastructure for aviation operators.
"Greg's understanding of where private aviation is headed, and what must be fixed for operators to scale profitably, makes him an invaluable addition to our Board," said Vincent Monteparte, Chairman of Premier Air Charter.
Johnson has held leadership positions across multiple aviation industry segments, including running FBOs and charter brokerages. His work at Tuvoli addresses industry challenges related to trip quoting, booking, payment processing, and tracking systems.
"I'm honored to join Premier's Board at such a pivotal moment in the Company's growth," Johnson said. "Premier is expanding its fleet, modernizing its operations, and positioning itself to meet rising demand with greater efficiency and transparency."
The appointment follows Premier's recent fleet additions, including a Challenger 604 and a Citation X aircraft. The Carlsbad, California-based company operates in the private jet charter market.
Premier Air Charter trades on the OTCQB market under the ticker PREM.
