PetVivo board member Michael Eldred resigns, board size reduced

PetVivo Holdings Inc. (OTC: PETV) announced that Michael Eldred resigned from the company's board of directors effective January 9, 2026.

The company stated that Eldred's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with PetVivo regarding its operations, policies, or practices.

Following the resignation, the board of directors decided to reduce the board size from eight directors to seven directors. The vacancy created by Eldred's departure will not be filled at this time.

The board thanked Eldred for his service and contributions to the company, according to the press release.
