Olaplex Holdings (OLPX) Announces Resignation of Janet Gurwitch from Board

On December 2, 2024, Janet Gurwitch resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Olaplex Holdings (NASDAQ: OLPX), effective as of December 2, 2024. The Board has appointed Christine Dagousset to serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, effective as of immediately following the effectiveness of Ms. Gurwitch’s resignation.
