NovaRed Mining appoints Gregory Fedun to advisory board
NovaRed Mining Inc. (CSE: NRED) (OTCQB: NREDF) announced the appointment of Gregory Fedun to its advisory board. Fedun brings over 30 years of experience advising public and private companies in the natural resource sector.
Fedun's background includes global project development and capital markets experience across North America, South America, Africa, and the Middle East. He previously served as an advisor to the United Arab Emirates' Al Mualla Royal Family and facilitated a $70 million business combination involving Anadarko Petroleum. Fedun has founded and developed businesses in mineral exploration, oil and gas, skincare, and agriculture sectors.
The company stated that Fedun will provide guidance as NovaRed advances its Wilmac Copper-Gold Project exploration initiatives. His role will include supporting evaluation of development pathways, identifying strategic partnerships, and contributing to capital markets strategy.
NovaRed Mining is a mineral exploration company focused on copper-gold porphyry projects in British Columbia. The company's Wilmac copper-gold project comprises 16,078 hectares located within the Quesnel porphyry belt in the Similkameen Mining Division, southwest of Princeton and approximately 10 kilometers west of Hudbay Minerals Inc.'s Copper Mountain Mine.
